My Life is Forever Changed!!

I am curious... how many people have watched "Super Size Me"? I had the shocking privilege last night (after finishing up our taxes of course). I am still in disbelief, even after an entire night of sleep. Not only will I try never to attend another fast food place, except maybe Subway, but I am putting serious consideration to returning to my previous vegetarian diet.
60% of Americans are overweight! Another startling statistic is that 1 in 3 children born in 2000 will develop diabetes!
Why has this movie not put McDonalds out of business? That is extreme I know, but I would like to know if at least their sales have declined? Oh, and since I am giving up Fast Food and meat on this day before taxes, I am also giving up Diet Coke. Yes, you heard me correctly.

I can't believe it

Today, Fiona and I went to visit her dad, "at the office". As we were approaching his building, she points out the car window a block away, and says over and over again, "dada...dada...dada". It was amazing. I had no idea that she knew what his office building looked like, let alone recognizing it as where "dada" is.

"Dada", took a 15 minute break to walk to the neighborhood grocery with us to get some grapes for Fiona.

Sedona

I know this is going backwards in time, but I wanted to share some of our photos from our family trip to Sedona. We went the first week in February. Sedona is called "Red Rock Country", and it's absolutely beautiful. We took several hikes and a few road trips. We stayed in a time share that was gifted to us, and it was great. It had a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Most of our meals we prepared "at home". Fiona especially liked the floor plan because she was able to run around in circles endlessly.
Somehow, we got sucked into a timeshare presentation (if Colin reads this, he would say that I got us in to it). It was a learning experience, that is for sure. We managed to say no to buying a timeshare, but for sitting through the presentation, we got a $50.00 gift card to use as we wanted! We decided to eat Mexican food. It was GREAT!!!
